Employment Plus: Employment Plus, a human resources solutions firm headquartered in Bloomington, Indiana, celebrated its 17 year anniversary in February 2010. The company was founded in Bloomington, Indiana by Debbie Burgess of Bloomington. Debbie's son, Mike Ross, soon became a co-owner assisting Debbie with the day to day operations. Since Ross became the president and sole owner he has expanded the company from 4 offices in southern Indiana to over 100 locations. Employment Plus employs 100 full-time employees and over 15,000 temporary employees. Our ability to boast a client retention rate of over 98% through the years is a testament to our dedicated team's commitment to deliver results.
